To commemorate World Mental Health Day (10th October) Richmond is inviting organisations and individuals from all walks of life to organise simple yet delightful activities, all with a charming twist that revolves around the number 10.
These activities can include revitalising 10-minute gym session, a guided meditation or deep breathing exercises, a captivating 10-kilometer cycling expedition, or the camaraderie of 10 friends or colleagues coming together for a quick 10-minute stroll.
It could even be as serene as dedicating a moment to pen down a positive note for yourself or a cherished loved one.
