For the third night of the International Fireworks Festival, the pyro-spectacle took to the skies of Gozo, lighting up the sister island with majestic light shows and music.

People flocked to Nadur, Gozo to watch the expertly crafted show, created by masterminds of the tradition which forms an essential part of Malta’s essence.

Ms Pickles was picked up by the Xrobb L-Għagin Nature Park & Wildlife Rehab Centre with a very bad skin reaction to an unknown chemical earlier this April.

After lots of care by the experts at the centre, Ms Pickles was released back into nature where she belongs!

On the 1st of May 2025, a charity walk in aid of the Richmond Foundation will take place, named ‘The Gollcher Charity Walk 2025’. The event will start at 9:00 AM from Tigullio in St. Julian’s and finish at the Black Pearl in Ta’ Xbiex.

The Richmond Foundation is a professional NGO that supports individuals experiencing mental health challenges, as well as their families. The foundation helps people develop the skills needed to live independently, wherever possible. Additionally, Richmond Foundation is dedicated to reducing stigma through education and promoting mental well-being within the community.

Registration will begin at 8:15 AM, with a minimum donation of €8 per person. Transport back to the starting point will be provided for participants at the finishing line.
