To help you plan your experience, an official printed gazette is being distributed to all Maltese households. Inside, you’ll find a sneak peek at this year’s exhibitors, featured products, and a full schedule of entertainment.

From the second day onwards, every visitor will receive a voucher booklet with their ticket. These can be redeemed for gifts at selected exhibitor stands, adding extra value to your visit. On first come first served basis until stocks last.

Every ticket also serves as an entry to the grand raffle. Prizes include four €2,500 vouchers to spend with exhibitors, a €15,000 solar panel system from EMS (Energy Management Solutions), and a host of other exciting prizes. Simply drop your ticket into the raffle box on-site to be in with a chance of winning.

There will be a dedicated food court offering a variety of meals and snacks ideal for refuelling as you browse.

Over 1,300 Sexually Transmitted Diseases Reported In The Past Year

Jun 25 2025 Share

During a recent parliamentary session, it was revealed that 1,379 sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) were reported in Malta over the past year.

The information was shared by Health and Active Ageing Minister Jo Etienne Abela in response to a question from Nationalist MP Ian Vassallo.

According to the data, September 2024 saw the highest number of reports with 117 cases, closely followed by August with 116.

June 2025 has so far recorded 31 cases, which is lower than previous months this year. Notably, May 2025 had 103 cases, nearly three times more than May 2024, which had 38.

Anyone who engages in sexual activity is at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Some STIs cause noticeable symptoms, while others do not.

They can be passed through contact with skin, genitals, mouth, rectum, or body fluids during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. Even without symptoms, STIs can still affect your health. Early treatment often prevents long-term complications.

To reduce your risk, limit your number of sexual partners, use latex or polyurethane condoms consistently, and be aware that certain sexual practices, like anal sex, carry higher risk. Vaccinations for hepatitis B and HPV also offer protection against some STIs.

Ben Camille took to his Instagram story earlier today to tease Love Island Malta fans about tonight’s episode and it seems there’s plenty to unpack, with emotions running high not just in the villa, but behind the scenes in the production room too.

Following the elimination of AJ and Carmen in yesterday’s episode, the final is now just days away. With the end in sight, tensions in the villa are likely running high.
