With the big EURO 2024 Qualifying match between Malta’s football team and Italy’s set for a 2045hrs kick-off, all attendees are being encouraged to think ahead as heavy traffic is being expected for the match.

The Malta Football Association released a brochure of important and practical pieces of information, revealing that a fan zone is being organised at the Ta’ Qali National Park as of 14:00hrs.

Unfortunately for anyone wishing to bag a last minute ticket, there won’t be any on sale on the day from the Stadium as all tickets have already been sold.

Fans are reminded to get to the stadium well in advance of kick-off time. They shall proceed to their respective sector and seat as indicated on their ticket.

They are also reminded to ensure that tickets in their possession are purchase from the Malta FA due to a number of fake profiles having been noticed.

Meanwhile, Malta Public Transport will be operating a special service for the qualifier match. Tallinja will be offering special services from Valletta, Pembroke Park & Ride, Sliema, Buġibba and Birżebbuġa.

For anyone making their way to the Stadium today, you can access all the relevant information from Tallinja’s social media and the official Malta FA website.

Other than that, enjoy the match!

Radio host Martina Żammit married her partner Emma in a beautiful celebration of love yesterday, and the event saw the return of one Malta’s greatest musical classics: Desire by Claudette Buttigieg.

Claudette took a career into politics, which limited her time from continuing to perform for the Maltese public. So yesterday’s wedding was more than a sweet surprise for all the attendees as they relived the song’s live return.
