Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri has officially launched the Springtime in Gozo events calendar, which will see various activities held for the general public.
‘Just like anything else, Gozo comes back to life through the hustle and bustle related to so many activities being planned and organised by the Ministry for Gozo’ the Minister wrote in the official launch booklet.
A quick dive into the list of events shows that Gozitans, Maltese and tourists alike will have plenty to keep busy with on Malta’s sister island.
These include the Gozo Flower Art Festival (28th April – 1st May), the Fireworks & Gastronomy Festival (28th April), Europe Day in Gozo (29th April), theatrical and musical performances such as La Traviata on the 29th, and many, many more!
There will be wine, flowers, science, candlelight, traditional music and all you could ever think of.
‘We are confident’ said Minister Camilleri, ‘that in the coming six weeks, one will be spoiled for choice. Whilst looking forward to entertain you all this spring, we look forward to give you an even more jam-packed calendar during the summer months.’
