Garbage left unpicked over long weekend in Miżieb

Garbage left unpicked over long weekend in Miżieb

Taking to social media, the Federation for Hunting and Conservation – Malta (FKNK) called out unknown individuals who left a heap of garbage in Miżieb’s picnic area.

The garbage was seemingly left over this long weekend, with FKNK saying that there are still those among us who have no respect towards themselves, those around them and Malta’s nature spots.

The FKNK members were doing a clean-up in the area, saying that leaving such a ruckus is unacceptable in today’s world.

‘We publicly appeal to the authorities and agencies to sit down together with us and open up a dialogue for a solution so that these zones can be enjoyed but simultaneously protect Malta’s natural environment’ wrote the FKNK.
