Taking to social media, Xarabank host Peppi Azzopardi suggested, following the ban by the Eurovision Broadcasting Union on the word ‘KANT’, that the word be changed to ‘AUNT’.

“Change it to ‘Serving aunt’ – it sounds the same and they can’t stop you”, wrote Peppi.

Meanwhile, politician Arnold Cassola suggested that we invoke a philosophical giant but instead change the word ‘serving’.

“Instead of ‘serving’ substitute with Manwel. Manwel Kant. I want to see if the EBU has the courage to censor Europe’s foremost philosopher.”

Meanwhile, on Miriana’s post on Instagram, linguist and TikToker Kurt Rumbajsa suggested that Miriana say nothing during that moment and simply point the microphone to the audience.
