A TikTok video uploaded by Dipesh Thapa (8040ss) shows a food courier giving a LESA Officer a pizza from a cancelled order.
After the customer cancelled their order, Dipesh was returning with the order when he encountered a pair of LESA officers managing traffic late in the evening.
Dipesh promptly got off his motorcycle and offered the pizza to the officer, who accepted the act of goodwill.
