Jan 6 2023 Share

It has been revealed via a newly published tender that 250 electric vehicles will be bought by the government for public services.

The ambitious project will decrease the already existing fleet and aim at updating the vehicles in use to reduce the carbon footprint of vehicles in use.

Permanent secretary Tony Sultana explained that the initiative will come into play after a phase of detailed study. The project also aims at incentivising car sharing as introduced into the governmental departments.

This initiative will save the country 185 tonnes of carbon dioxide per year when accompanied with the installation of 2,000 metres squared of photovoltaic panels in public spaces.

Through this tender, it is estimated that the rate of electric vehicles in the public service fleet will increase from 2021’s 7% to 40%. The project is worth around €10 million and are financed by EU funds.

This was revealed after Prime Minister Robert Abela confirmed that there is only one electric car registered for public use in the office of the prime minister.

He said that it was not fun and that it did not make him feel ‘as happy as it seemed to make others.’ However it helped him ‘to feel’ and ‘be different’.

Harry also revealed that he killed 25 Taliban members, as his ‘flying six missions during is second tour of duty on the front line resulted in the taking of human lives’. This is something he is neither proud nor ashamed, he said.

To top it all off, Harry also revealed that he lost his virginity in a field behind a very busy pub and that the woman treated him like a ‘young stallion’.

Other revelations concern Harry and William begging Charles not to marry Camilla and that he ‘contacted’ his mother Diana through a psychic. Diana reportedly told Harry that he was living the life she wanted to.
