A coordinated dismantling process of a third party property to control and minimise damage is being undertaken after a building collapse in Paceville.

The process is being undertaken by the BCA, OHSA, CPD, Mater Dei’s Hospital Accident and Emergency Unit and the Police.

‘This process is being carried out after the end of the evacuation plan as indicated in’ a previous update.

Meanwhile, a dedicated emergency helpline has been set up for all affected persons on 99097867.

Last Farewell Given To Late Kimberly Zammit

The last farewell to Kimberly Zammit, a beloved mother and wife, was given yesterday.

Tributes poured for Kim, whose emotional testament went viral on social media and leading to many people raising funds to help her get treatment.

Unfortunately, she passed away earlier this month. Her loved ones shared their memories of Kim, who will be leaving behind a daughter, husband and loving family.

Her husband graduated from the Armed Forces of Malta just 1 day before her funeral, with Josmar writing: ‘I hope I made you proud. I love you.’

Rest in peace Kimberly. And condolences to all loved ones.

Taking to social media, Josmar Zammit shared photos and dedicated his achievement to her.
