Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly in talks with Manchester United

According to sports broadcaster Christian Martin, Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly in talks with Manchester United over a potential return to the club.

It is reported that Ronaldo is considering a return to the Reds and Juventus would be willing to accept upon the player’s request.

Time will tell whether or not Ronaldo will sport the red shirt anytime soon but for now, black and white will do.

The Umbrella Academy Season 3 works start in February 2021

The Umbrella Academy has generated somewhat of a cult following over the past years with its over-the-top antics and lovable characters and Netflix has guaranteed more of that by teasing its return on social media.

With a rather ominous social media post illustrating an umbrella-branded number 3, Netflix have revealed that season 3 will start production in February.

For those of you who haven’t seen it already, we’ll spare you the spoilers BUT we can’t wait to pick up where we left off in season 2 as 2021 proves to have brighter days in store for us.

IPTV platforms shut down over violation of copyright law

Financial services in Italy have shut down close 700 websites and 300 IPTV platforms which would normally broadcast paid content, free of charge.

The closure comes due to the fact that these platforms are in violation of copyright law and are under investigation by the special privacy, protection and technological fraud unit of Naples.

More closures are expected in the coming hours, with a notice being published explaining that the subscription or use of such service may result in prison sentences and fines up to €25,000

Keith Schembri taken in for police questioning

Former OPM chief of staff Keith Schembri has been taken in for questioning by local police.

The right hand to former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has been a controversial figure in recent times, being arrested shortly in September in relation to an investigation on kickbacks on passport sales and once more over claims of co-conspiring in the Caruana Galizia Murder case.

The follows the news of former minister Konrad Mizzi’s arrest and questioning by the Financial Crime Investigation Department.
