Gozo’s Magistrate Court has liberated PN Ex-Ministers’ Giovanna Debono husband from all accusations he faced a number of years ago. The sentence drops all claims pushed by Labour Party which attempted to rubbish Giovanna Debono and her family. The Magistrate also scolded the police, claiming they could have investigated the case better in order to avoid Mr. Debono, for whom Joe Giglio appeared as judge, having to be taken up to court.

The PN states that they welcome the court’s decision and highlights that the accusations were simply conjectures which lead to years of pointless suffering for the Debono family, having been taken to court unjustly.
