A company in Cyprus is offering its workers the opportunity to take ‘masturbation breaks’ during office hours, even installing custom-built ‘w***pods* to provide the employees the privacy they need.

The company in question is ‘Stripchat‘, an adult website & network which employees around 200 individuals. The brand’s Cyprus office will now feature four pods which will reportedly include what have been called ‘masturbatory accessories’, an Oculus VR headset and 4K LED screen to watch whatever will be made available.

The pods will be large black spheres, with workers getting a 30-minute break per day to spend in the pods. The company is reportedly taking such measures in an attempt to ‘provide current and attract new employees with a safe, comfortable space to rub one out’. The company will also be leasing its pods for $50,000 for six months, which includes a VIP subscription to its platform.

He went on to highlight that land reclamation requires billions in funds and as technology continues to develop, a Nationalist Party would be ready to research and analyse whatever is needed in this sector.

He went on to say that ‘family’ is in the centre of the Nationalist Party’s politics, referring to the PN’s proposals aimed at work-life balance, reiterating the PN’s pledge to increase paternal leave amongst other proposals.

ADPD launches electoral manifesto 'Green Sweeps Clean'
Mar 3 2022 Share

On Wednesday, the ADPD party unveiled its electoral manifesto, with ADPD Chairperson Carmel Cacopardo stating that the party’s agenda is one which tends to the needs of the entire community.

The electoral slogan ‘Xkupa Ħadra Tnaddaf’, which literally translates to ‘Green Sweeps Clean’ highlights the party’s desire to be a political instrument which cleans up Malta’s landscape, political and otherwise. Cacopardo outlined that Malta is ‘sick‘ as a result of the ‘now-deeply rooted greed and hatred’.

The party chairperson discussed current issues such as ethics in public life, the financial sector, health, education, immigration, Gozo and the environment. The detailed manifesto outlines that the party will seek to control Malta’s ‘building frenzy’, stop the destruction of agricultural land, prioritise the elderly and community services and ensure that every building is zero carbon to improve quality of life.

Other notable proposals include the ‘removal of absolute power from the hands of the Prime Minister’, ensuring that the Constitution becomes a guarantee of accountability and rule of law and that children are no longer victims of air pollution.
