Leading local further and higher education institution CMBS, is delighted to announce the launch of its free childcare service for students who are parents. This groundbreaking initiative provides essential support to students juggling education and parenthood, offering them the opportunity to pursue their academic goals without the added stress of childcare.
Located at Trident Park just a few metres away from the school campus, the childcare centre will cater to children aged between 0 and 9 years old. The facility is designed to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and develop essential life skills.
“We understand the challenges faced by student parents and are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment,” said Kristina Galea Borg, School Principal at CMBS. “By offering free childcare, we aim to empower our students to reach their full potential without compromising their parental responsibilities.”
As a licensed and registered childcare centre, the facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety. The facility is staffed by qualified and experienced childcare professionals who will provide a dedicated and caring service.
This initiative is part of CMBS’s ongoing commitment to student well-being and success. Through this initiative, the institution hopes to increase access to higher education for parents and contribute to the development of a more inclusive and equitable society.
