During the recent village feast in Siġġiewi, Għaqda Tan-Nar San Nikola delivered an extraordinary pyrotechnic display. Locals watched in awe as the night sky illuminated with their designs, including a stunning replica of the church’s facade, the village coat of arms, and the patron saint, St. Nicholas.
In a recent post, the group expressed gratitude to St. Nicholas, their dedicated members, and everyone involved in the project. They acknowledged the immense effort required to bring such a display to life. The planning and execution took nearly a year, starting in August of the previous year. The work continued through the winter months, as certain components could not be constructed in the summer due to high temperatures.
This showcase and its meticulous craftsmanship is a testament to the organisation’s passion towards pyrotechnics, making the feast not only a celebration of faith but also a display to the community’s spirit.
