An overwhelming 83% of participants leaned towards the ‘1st week of January’ as the appropriate time to dismantle the festive adornments, aligning with the post-New Year tradition. Surprisingly, 5% advocated for an early start, suggesting ‘Boxing Day’ as the ideal day to part ways with holiday décor, while a daring 12% expressed a desire to keep the festive spirit alive throughout the entire year.
As for the current status of decorations, the poll revealed that 50% had already bid adieu to their festive embellishments, embracing the post-holiday cleanup. In contrast, 38% admitted their Christmas decorations still adorned their homes, holding onto the festive atmosphere a little longer. Notably, 12% abstained from participating in the decoration ritual altogether, opting for a more minimalist approach to the holiday season.
