And supporters are loving every minute of it – watch as they play and sing along to stadium classic ‘Sweet Caroline’ to embrace the success of their team.

This would be a historic moment for both Malta and the team as the stunning performances by the players continue at the Centenary Stadium.

Coach Branko Nisevic has remained hopeful, especially following the 4-1 over Alashkert last week. Keep it up boys!

Abused dogs looking for foster homes as local shares shocking pictures

A local animal activist by the name of Lulu Arpa has taken to Facebook to report an urgent need for foster homes for a number of abandoned and abused dogs.

“Look at the state of them! Look at what vile human beings are doing to poor, innocent, helpless creatures,” Arpa wrote in a recent Facebook post which included shocking photos of the dogs.

The poor dogs were subject to unbelievable suffering, potentially from a number of unknown abusers. Meanwhile, the animal shelter remains in a state of emergency as a result of the increasing number of rescues.

Anyone wishing to adopt any of the dogs or raise awareness is encouraged to share the post or contact via private message.
