Taking to social media, Cynthia Galea reported that Nationalist MP and former Opposition leader Adrian Delia was admitted to Mater Dei Hospital for an emergency appendicitis surgery yesterday.
The surgery was reported successful and Delia has started his recovery.
‘For all of you texting and calling. Thank you! Please excuse him if right now he cannot reply to your well wishes’, she wrote.
