Celebrations for the feast of St Paul in Rabat saw music by Bon Jovi synchronised to a spectacle of paper confetti for attendees at noon.

As the band entered the principal town square, the feast enthusiasts and celebrators were greeted by a spectacle of music and colour, organised by the Żgħażagħ Rabtin Pawlini.

Playing Bon Jovi’s ‘It’s My Life’, the display showcased the dedication which goes into the preparation of village feasts and love of culture which survives in every Maltese and Gozitan locality.

Among the attendees was Minister for Inclusion, Voluntary Work and Consumer Rights Julia Farrugia Portelli, who shared snapshots from the colourful celebrations herself.
