Magical Tempietto Serenade: Neo-Classical Concert at Villa Frere
An enchanting evening awaits as the Gardens of Villa Frere host their first public performance, the “Tempietto Serenade,” an improvised neo-classical concert by renowned pianist Yun Cai. Accompanied by dancer Tara Dalli, the performance is set against the backdrop of the Tempietto as the sun sets, creating a golden ambiance that perfectly complements the artistry on display.
Yun Cai’s concert will explore the relationship between sound, movement, space, and time, offering an introspective experience for the audience. The collaboration between local and international artists promises to captivate and inspire, with all proceeds from ticket sales benefiting the “Friends of Villa Frere” NGO, which is dedicated to restoring and maintaining the historic gardens.
The event begins at 17:30 at the Gardens of Villa Frere in Pieta, with ticket prices ranging from €25 to €35, including drinks and access to the gardens. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable footwear due to uneven terrain, and early arrival is recommended to secure parking.
