This year’s event also welcomed around 300 members from the Baden Powell Scouts Malta, who joined in marking the feast of St George, the patron saint of Scouts across the world.

Upon reaching St George’s Square in front of the Grandmaster’s Palace, H.E. Anġlu Farrugia honoured all Scout and Guide groups by taking the official salute.

The annual parade, a longstanding and prestigious tradition, highlighted the values of commitment, discipline, and service to the community that both Scouting and Guiding aim to instil in young people.

Celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect, the event served as a reminder of the vital role these organisations play in shaping responsible and active citizens, while also strengthening the spirit of unity and dedication among Malta’s youth.
