Spanish newspaper ‘Marca’ has reported that Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time.
Ronaldo first tested positive on October 13 and according to UEFA regulations, players must return a negative result by a minimum of one week before a match to be able to compete.
With that in mind, the Portuguese star will miss the Champions League match against Barcelona.
Insider sources have reported that multiple high-ranking government officials have reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.
This comes following the National Budget event held last Monday.
