Once again, Malta did not make the list of countries with notable penis sizes.
According to data analyzed by MailOnline and reviewed by researchers in Germany, Ecuadorian men boast the largest average erect length at nearly 7 inches (17.6cm), while Cambodian men have the smallest at just under 4 inches (10cm).
Surprisingly, the UK and US did not make the top ten or even the top 50. Britain ranks 68th with an average size of 5.2 inches (13.1cm), while America is in 60th place at 5.4 inches (13.5cm). Australia fared slightly better, securing 43rd place with an average of 5.7 inches (14.46cm).
The study reviewed data from nearly 90 countries, aiming for accuracy by independently verifying measurements.
Researchers noted challenges in establishing a clear link between penis length and height but found a correlation with obesity rates.
Countries with higher obesity tended to report smaller sizes, attributed to the distribution of fat tissue.
Among European nations, the Netherlands ranked ninth with 6.2 inches, France followed at 11th with the same measurement, and Italy held the 19th spot with an average of 6 inches.
The findings underscored the complexity of studying human anatomy and its correlations with various health indicators.
