Mouthwash kills COVID-19 within 30 seconds of contact

Nov 17 2020 Share

Studies from Cardiff University have found that mouthwash kills COVID-19 within the first 30 seconds of contact.

In a clinical trial using only Dentyl-branded mouthwash, a team led by Professor David Thomas published the study, which is yet to be peer-reviewed but shows rather promising results.

Safe to say that many people will be using mouthwash more often in addition to washing their hands, wearing face masks and sanitising, as part of their COVID-19 prevention routine.
