Bernard Grech revealed during a political rally in Mqabba yesterday that the Nationalist Party will be offering aid to voluntary organisations to see that they work with much more ease.
He made the announcement alongside the candidates who will be contesting the 5th district. Speaking during the event, Toni Bezzina said that the party always had proposals which help the Maltese and Gozitan people.
Bezzina said that the Nationalist Party will making sure that feasts in summer are celebrated as they were before the COVID pandemic. He highlighted the trackless tram as well as the €10,000 incentive for those who renounce their own car.
Candidate Stefan Caruana highlighted the pledges which place importance on the youth, saying that the Opposition is showing through action that it wants to help the younger generation. Other candidates, Francine Farrugia, Owen Sciberras and Stanley Zammit also highlighted many of the PN’s measures during the event, vouching for Grech’s electoral plan should the public vote the party into government.
