The ‘life-hack’ debunking Khaby Lame has shot up to TikTok’s second most followed user globally. Overtaking Addison Rae, Lame went viral for entertaining videos without speaking a single word. The Italian TikToker has racked a whopping 84.2 million followers (as of writing this article), etching closer to the current first place TikToker Charli D’Amelio.

Dancer D’Amelio was the first user to reach 100 million followers, but Lame is on his way to overthrowing her. Lame’s videos embody everything we think when we see overly exaggerated life hacks. He counters ridiculous and unnecessary approaches to basic actions by showing the more simple and overall effective day-to-day approaches. His silent hand gestures have taken one of the most used social media apps by storm, and he’s still going.
