Since its very inception, South Park established itself as a cultural phenomenon which pushes the envelope of what can and cannot be said on television shows and after years of anticipation, a brand new South Park movie is set to drop on November 26.

The film will go live on Paramount+ and little to none is known about the film except for the fact that it will be called South Park: Post Covid. Co-creator Trey Parker revealed that it will be our boys Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny dealing with a world post-COVID in an attempt to get back to normal, which Parker compared to the show itself.

Paramount also revealed that yet another South Park movie will drop in December, but even less is known about the second South Park Film. The show’s creators recently signed a deal with Paramount worth up to $900 million, committing to an extension of the show for up to Season 30 as well as 14 direct-to-TV films.

The unpleasant experience of waiting for your package to arrive from beyond our shores may be a thing of the past as a new company aims to start delivering packages to and from Malta in one day.

The company Bulgara Dronamics is the first of its kind in the entire world and aims to create various job opportunities in Malta. Its operations will include package delivery via drone and have been in the works for around 7 years.

Bulgara Dronamics Chief Executive Svilen Rangelov has stated that not only could the packages start to arrive on the same day, but will cost much less to the consumer. Rangelov stated that the company’s mission is to enable same day deliveries for ‘everyone, everywhere’, going onto shed light on the airplane-shaped cargo drone which can carry up to 350 kilograms for up to 2,500 kilometres. This means that deliveries coming to Malta from anywhere in Europe and North Africa can ship the same day.

Rosianne Cutajar sues Mark Camilleri for libel and ‘defamatory statements’

Rosianne Cutajar sues Mark Camilleri for libel and 'defamatory statements'
Oct 28 2021 Share

ā€œIā€™m human and have a family like everyone else.ā€ These were the statements of Labour MP Rosianne Cutajar after revealing that she opened a libel case against writer Mark Camilleri due to defamatory statements on his book ‘A Rent Seeker’s Paradise.’ Cutajar claimed that she will not let anyone try to achieve popularity at the cost of her integrity, going on to thank anyone who offered their support towards the MP.

While Camilleri himself and other supporters of the writer claim that there is nothing wrong with the intense statements made in his book, others are arguing that the statements fail to draw the line between freedom of speech and the malicious and defamatory statements being claimed by Cutajar.

What do you make of the situation?
