Malta has registered 96 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours from 2,909 swab tests, while 128 patients have recovered. This information was announced by the official Facebook page of Malta’s Ministry for Health.
23 cases were family members of previously known cases, 8 cases were contact of positive work colleagues 9 cases were from direct contact with other positive cases and 4 cases were from social gatherings with other positive cases.
To date, Malta has registered 10,197 COVID-19 cases in total, of which: 8,015 have recovered, 148 died and 2,034 are still active.
