9 Year Old Boy At Risk Of Dying After Falling 2 Storeys

Yesterday, at around 20:15hrs, police were informed that their assistance was needed in a residence in Triq Wied in-Noqor, Luqa.
Police convened immediately on site and preliminary investigations found that a 9 year old boy had been injured after falling around 2 storeys from a window.
A medical team was called on site and transported the victim to Mater Dei Hospital. He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries.
A magistrate has opened an inquiry as police continue their investigations.
