Mornings, potentially one of the most trivial yet tedious tasks of our day-to-day lives. As temperatures (slowly) begin to drop, emerging from the comfort of our bedsheets has never seemed so difficult, but there are ways of dealing with it. Thankfully, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist Dr. Edward Curmi has listed a number of easy daily habits which will definitely help to deal with mornings.

Dr. Edward Curmi is also the author of 2 self-help books titled Ed’s Common Sense.

1. Prepare your clothes the night before

2. Don’t check your smart phone for at least half an hour

3. Do exercise or a 5 minute meditation

4. Have a cold shower

5. Listen to music

6. Write a to-do-list

7. Read a good joke

8. Have a breakfast of a champion

Liverpool score five past Manchester United at Old Trafford

Earlier today, Liverpool easily beat Manchester United 5-0 away from home at United’s iconic Old Trafford. This game was a nightmare for every Red Devils’ fan, conceding five against their bitter rivals whilst also seeing star player Paul Pogba get himself a red card. The shocking defeat could also mean the end of Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s three year reign as Manchester United manager.

Liverpool had a perfect start, with midfielder Naby Keita scoring one of the easiest goals he will ever score in the 5th minute of the match. Manchester United looked like a team without a game plan in attack and in defence they looked even worse as they conceded another goal in the 13th minute, from a Jota goal. Manchester United tried to attack, with players like Ronaldo, Rashford and Bruno Fernandes coming close but throughout the match there was never the feeling that they would find the back of the net.

Liverpool ended any chances of a Manchester United comeback in the 38th minute when Mohammed Salah with a calm and collected finish found the 3rd goal of the game. Liverpool scored their fourth goal right before the end of the first half, when Mohammed Salah scored a beautiful volley from inside the box.

The second half started how the first ended, with Mohammed Salah scoring another goal this time in the 50th minute to seal his hattrick. The game went from bad to worse for United in the 60th minute when Paul Pogba was shown a red card for a risky tackle on Naby Keita, a tackle that led to the midfielder having to be stretchered off the match, being replaced by Alex Oxlade Chamberlain. The game died out after the red card with not many notable events happening after the foul. Liverpool looked like they lost their hunger whilst Manchester United lost all their belief.

Manchester United will look ahead to their next match, away to Tottenham to regain confidence whilst Liverpool have a mid-week cup game against Preston. Until now, there has been no guarantees that Ole will be the man in charge in United’s next game.

Big Sean covered in 65,000 bees for new music video ‘What A Life’

Big Sean, for his new collaborative effort with Hit-Boy ‘What A Life’, got covered in over 65,000 bees for the official music video. Taking to social media, the legendary rapper posted an image on Instagram of himself covered with a swarm and confirmed to all that the feat was in fact real. Despite the song lyrics saying 100 Bs, the caption confirmed that it was well over 65,000. ‘This is not photoshopped neither’ he said. ‘I HAD 65,000 Bee’s on me… love to the [bee] hive.’

‘I just ain’t want y’all to think it was some damn effects or some [thing]’. With the rest of the music video containing clips of the rapper in a darkened room, on a city skyline and getting chased by brides, the bee stunt was what captured the most attention. It’s not a feat just anyone would be willing to do, considering how many fear insects or getting stung. But Big Sean didn’t seem to mind, delivering his usual lyrical flow… all the while being covered like a king in bees. Would you be willing to be covered in bees?

Vin Diesel walked late Paul Walker’s daughter down the aisle

Prepare some tissues… Meadow Walker, daughter of late Fast and the Furious actor Paul Walker, married actor Louis Thornton-Allan earlier this month. And who better than to walk the bride down the aisle than her father’s long time co-worker and closest friend Vin Diesel. With an Instagram photo posted by the bride herself, the moment was captured in it’s full emotional heft, with Walker saying that there was no other way to imagine it to be any more perfect and personal.

She revealed that the couple knew exactly what they wanted from the start as they sealed the deal in the Dominican Republic. Speaking to newsroom Vogue, she described how everyone was barefoot and dancing in the sand, with lanterns lighting up the night sky. The beautiful ceremony reminded everyone that the Fast and the Furious motto and emphasis concerning ‘family’ rang through even into real life. Paul Walker died in a car crash back in 2013 at the age of 40. A passenger in the seat of a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by a racing partner, his death shook the world but it seems as though his on-screen and off-screen families are carrying on his legacy.
