1. There is no such thing as a bad day. We don’t just wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
2. There is no scientific evidence that one bad thing will lead to another one. Therefore, it follows that one challenging day doesn’t lead to another day being just as bad.
3. At the end of the day always focus on 3 good things that happened to you rather than what you didn’t manage to complete on your to-do list.
4. Find one sensory activity that can help you switch your mood into a positive one. Listening to music, dancing, eating something delicious, smelling a good coffee
…whatever works for you, go for it!
5. Challenge yourself first thing in the morning. Research shows that if you manage to do an activity that is not at all easy, you are bound to spend the rest of your day being pleased with yourself.
6. Never forget the simple fact that you are in control of your thoughts. Many people often think that their emotions dictate their moods. You are in control of what you think and feel.
