58 Year Old Maltese Boxer Goes Viral On TikTok

Martin Fenech, also known as Żnaj, is a 58 year old Maltese who is well known in the local boxing and fitness scene. His latest TikTok shows just how fast he still is in his sport as he drills a couple of sparring rounds.

Martin is known as being Bertu’s right hand man – with Bertu Camilleri being a local boxing champion credited with creating the first women only gym section in Malta.

Martin has been working at the iconic Bertu’s Gym for over 30 years, but he has still managed to keep his sport and fitness in line in between all his hours of hard work.

The video, posted to TikTok, has amassed upwards of 12.7K views as of time of writing.

Partit ABBA leader Ivan Grech Mintoff interrupted Prime Minister Robert Abela’s Freedom Day Speech yesterday evening by throwing eggs towards the ground in the direction of the Labour Party leader.

The party leader approached the Prime Minister, attempting to argue that the government has gone against Malta’s constitutional neutrality through joining NATO’s partnership.

Grech Mintoff was removed from the stage as he approached the Prime Minister, with the latter asking the rally audience to keep calm and continuing on with his speech after an applause of support.

In a separate press statement, Partit ABBA alleged that the government has signed the Peace Partnership with NATO and sent Maltese soldiers to military missions despite Malta’s neutrality clause.

Malta’s representative Sarah will be kicking off the second night of semi-final qualifiers with her song ‘LOOP’ in Sweden this May.
