45 Year Old Man At Risk Of Dying After Falling Height In St Paul's Bay

Yesterday, at around 2345hrs, police were informed that there was a man in an unconscious state in front of an establishment in Triq Ġulju, St Paul’s Bay. 

Police, along with a medical team, convened immediately on site and found the victim, transporting him to Mater Dei Hospital. He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries. 

Investigations showed that the victim was a 45 year old Ukrainian man resident of St Paul’s Bay. He was allegedly involved in an argument, and consequently fell and suffered injuries. 

In regards to the case, police are speaking to a 20 year old St Paul’s Bay to help in the investigations. 

An inquiry has been opened, as investigations continue.

Despite the game ending in a draw of 2-2, with Lewes in 11th place and Reading in 9th place, Farrugia has been leaving a very good impression in the second highest division of women’s football in England, the FA Women’s Super League 2.

Farrugia has also played for other sides in the WSL2, including Durham Women and Sunderland FC, elevating her name as a formidable player on the pitch.

Maltese tattoo artist Samuel Schiavone won big at last weekend’s Milano Tattoo Convention. 

Samuel secured second place in the Best of Saturday category, but that’s not all. He also managed to land 1st place in the Best Large Black and Grey category, making him the first Maltese to win these awards. 

Over 500 international artists participate in this international festival, with Samuel placing among the very best from around the world.

26 Environment Crime Reports In Six Hours For Malta Rangers

The Malta Ranger Unit responded to over 26 reports in 6 hours last Sunday as they addressed various instances of illegalities in local woodlands. 

Covering a total of 15km in foot patrol in the Aħrax and Qalet Marku (Naxxar) woodlands, the rangers were faced with cases of littering, ground fires over protected plants, dumping of waste and burning of plastic. 

There were even cases of off-roading over a protected Garigue. ‘It is only the first month of the year and our Unit has surpassed 100 reports of environmental crimes already.’
