“The situation is what it is and when you are faced with such a challenging situation, I believe that the options in front of us are either to be prepared for what might happen or let things be and then find a situation which is in your hands which might be major and more massive than you would have actually been able to cater for”, Dalli told the CNN reporter.

Dalli went on to highlight that “it is showing that the EU is preparing itself for any eventualities, even considering also that the next months are definitely not going to be easy.” The Minister concluded a recent social media post by stating that this approach is being taken while attempting to protect Maltese citizens from the negative impact of the increase in energy prices well assuring autonomy and security in the provision of energy.

Are you at all concerned by the looming energy crisis?

The German driver is renowned as one of the best drivers to ever grace the sport. He won 4 World Driving Championships in a row for Red Bull before moving onto Ferrari where he constantly challenged the dominant Mercedes cars.

These last few seasons have not been his best but he still managed to showcase his class and talent with the underperforming Aston Martin and Ferrari in his last few seasons with the Scuderia.

In his video he says

“I believe in change and progress and that every little bit makes a difference. I am an optimist and I believe people are good. Next to racing, I have grown a family and I love being around them. I have grown other interests outside Formula 1. My passion for racing and Formula 1 comes with lots of time spent away from them and takes a lot of energy.”

“Committing to my passion the way I did and the way I think it is right, does no longer go side by side with my wish to be a great father and husband. The energy it takes to become one with the car and the team, to chase perfection takes focus and commitment.”
