‘I’m not telling anyone else what to do’: Greta Thurnberg speaks out on her 18th birthday

Jan 3 2021 Share

One of the world’s youngest climate change activists Greta Thurnberg has just turned 18 and shows no signs of slowing down in the first few hours of adulthood.

Ever since she made the headlines at the age of 15 after skipping school to protest outside the Swedish Parliament, Thurnberg has become the voice of a timid generation.

She criticised self-proclaimed climate activists who do not practice what they preach. ‘I’m not telling anyone else what to do, but there is a risk when you are vocal about these things and don’t practice as you preach’.

Wishing Greta a happy 18th birthday!
