Bernard Grech claims that Robert Abela did not want him as PN leader
In a recent interview on Net FM, Nationalist Party leader Bernard Grech outright stated that without a doubt, Prime Minister Robert Abela did not want him as PN leader.
Grech went on to say that it is clear that Abela was and still is ‘worried’ which he states was exhibited in Abela’s ‘cordial’ invitation to Grech, where the Prime Minister allegedly showed how he treats politics like schoolyard quarrels.
The PN leader went on to claim that the country wants mature politicians and not hobbyists, appealing for everyone to unite as a nation and work together for the benefit of the country.

‘I’m not telling anyone else what to do’: Greta Thurnberg speaks out on her 18th birthday
One of the world’s youngest climate change activists Greta Thurnberg has just turned 18 and shows no signs of slowing down in the first few hours of adulthood.
Thank you so much for all the well-wishes on my 18th birthday!
Tonight you will find me down at the local pub exposing all the dark secrets behind the climate- and school strike conspiracy and my evil handlers who can no longer control me!
I am free at last!! pic.twitter.com/w1VBG83VVN— Greta Thunberg (@GretaThunberg) January 3, 2021
Ever since she made the headlines at the age of 15 after skipping school to protest outside the Swedish Parliament, Thurnberg has become the voice of a timid generation.
She criticised self-proclaimed climate activists who do not practice what they preach. ‘I’m not telling anyone else what to do, but there is a risk when you are vocal about these things and don’t practice as you preach’.
Wishing Greta a happy 18th birthday!
