25 year old’s life at risk due to electric shock

A 25-year-old man is currently at risk of dying after suffering an electric shock whilst carrying out maintenance works.
Police revealed yesterday that their assistance was needed at around 1330pm in a Triq il-Gdida, Paola residence.Preliminary investigations showed that the 25-year-old Birzebbuga resident was electrocuted whilst working in the residence. The Mann was given assistance by a medial team and taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he was certified as suffering from grievous injuries.
An inquiry is underway, as are police investigations.
