Triathlon athlete Fabio Spiteri took to social media to highlight how 25 dogs have been collected by the various NGOs and persons in just the last 48 hours.

Sharing images of the dogs picked up, most of them are shown to be undernourished, with some making homes in areas full of rubbish.

Spiteri called on the relevant authorities and the government to sort out breeding and enforcement laws – an appeal that has been made by various other entities in recent past.

What do you make of this?
