The Exterminator’s Arnold Sciberras took to social media to announce the beginning of cockroach season in Malta.

‘When we say its the season… we really mean it’, wrote the Exterminator.

‘A well established colony of American cockroach (Periplaneta americana a.k.a wirdiena ħamra) hits hard in a way that we have to do all it takes to control such an infestation.’

The video shows a massive invasion of the cockroaches, with some chilling in a sink and other creeping around a heap of items.

Arnold, of course, seems pretty unfazed with the insects, snapping his fingers at them and sending them into a mini frenzy.

What would you do in this situation? Well, not much as it’s the Exterminator who has you covered…

Love Island Malta contestant Marie Christine took to social media to announce that she is finally back in her hometown of Nadur, Gozo after having stayed for six weeks in the villa.

Marie Christine, who placed 3rd along with her couple pair Kyle, stole the show when her parents visited the villa and spoke in Gozitan dialect and accent.

That episode showed Marie Christine going back to her Gozitan roots as the family interacted as they normally would on Malta’s sister island.

According to Lovin Malta, the contestants had to stay for another night at the Love Island Malta villa for mental health assessment. This took place with the eliminated contestants/bombshells as well as the finalists to ensure that all is well with their stay and their return to normalcy.
