A video posted to the Facebook group Mellieha People shows three equines galloping through the streets of the locality throughout the night.

It is unclear who the horses belong to and from where they escaped, but their trotting did cause some commotion to locals – and their dogs.
It is also unclear whether they were rounded up and returned to whoever is responsible.
Talk about a late night walk… trot? Gallop?

Students Learn About Emergency Response Forces That Save Lives

Yesterday, the Malta Police Force, Civil Protection Department, Armed Forces of Malta and Mater Dei A&E Department joined forces for an educational event at Cospicua Primary School.
The event centred around the importance of 112 Emergency Number Day.
Students had the opportunity to learn about emergency response, safety awareness, and the crucial role of 112 in saving lives.
‘Through interactive sessions and hands-on experiences, they gained valuable insights into the work of first responders and how they can act in emergencies.’
