Get ready for a weekend of unparalleled mixology as the 1930 Secret Cocktail Bar takes over Malta’s Tora and Manta! Ranked #42 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, the Milan-based 1930 Secret Cocktail Bar will be collaborating with Lifestyle Group for an exclusive Mixology MasterClass and Bar Takeover.

On Friday, July 12th, the festivities kick off at Tora with a Mixology MasterClass from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This hands-on session, led by globally acclaimed mixologists Benjamin and Matias, will delve into the history and philosophy of cocktail craft, followed by a live demonstration of world-class cocktails that earned 1930 its top ranking. Attendees will also enjoy a tasting and a Q&A session.

Following the masterclass, Tora will host a Bar Takeover from 8:00 pm onwards. Guests can savour a curated selection of signature cocktails crafted by the expert bartenders from 1930. Abandoned ‘Mr Frenchie’ Healing ‘Slowly But Surely’

Back in June of this year, a French bulldog was rescued and taken to the Association for Abandoned Animals.

Appropriately named Mr Frenchie, the rescue was found to have contracted sandfly (leishmania) and a severe skin infection.

‘Thankfully, his blood test was not that bad’ and was put on medication and medicated washes for further improvement.

He had to quarantined due to the infection, but recent updates show him having improved significantly and being cared for with lots of love.

Man Reportedly Trapped In Crashed Car In L-Aħrax

Police and Civil Protection Department rescuers are working to free a man trapped in a car wreck that crashed down a cliff at l-Aħrax, near Mellieħa, on Tuesday morning.

The accident occurred around 8 a.m. when the vehicle plummeted onto the rocks by the sea.

The man inside is believed to be alive, but no further details are currently available.

25 Year Old Italian Reported Missing By Police

The Malta Police Force have issued a missing report for Leone Taieb, a 25 year old Italian man.

He was last seen in the area of Tigne, Tas-Sliema, and was donning a black shirt, black trousers and white shoes.

The police urge anyone with any information about Leone to contact them through messenger or by calling, even anonymously, on the General Headquarters number of 21 224001 / 119.
