Malta has registered 102 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours from 2,768 swab tests, while 83 patients have recovered. This information was announced by the official Facebook page of Malta’s Ministry for Health.
22 cases were family members of previously known cases, 7 cases were contact of positive work colleagues 2 cases were from direct contact with other positive cases, 3 cases were from social gatherings with other positive cases and 9 cases were imported.
To date, Malta has registered 9,975 COVID-19 cases in total, of which: 7,748 have recovered, 141 died and 2,086 are still active.
